NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Jessica Ramos is guided daily by the motto that “Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking.” Conducting herself in this manner is huge for her both in the professional and personal arenas. When working with a real estate client, she believes that listening is even more crucial than speaking at times, as a word or expression may be missed that gets to the heart of what someone really wants.
Having managed 200+ associates in her previous career, Jessica knows how to make everyone feel important while keeping them focused and on target. She believes in making time for people and showing them each that they are valuable. “As a dedicated real estate agent I am here to guide and support my clients, yet together we are a team and I encourage all input, questions and ideas. I enjoy seeing people happy in their new home, and love knowing that I helped get them there.”
An Army baby born in Frankfurt, Kentucky, Jessica moved to Germany until age three then came back to the borough of Queens. She lived in Ridgewood until 17 and went to high school in the city at Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis for International Business, which is around the corner from the original Virgin Record Music mega store that is now a Forever 21. Fun fact about the school: it looks like a small firehouse and was the school in the movie classic, Fame.
Jessica subsequently lived in Williamsburg, Long Island and Staten Island. She knows the NYC area well and has a vested interest in showing you different homes and communities that best fit your lifestyle.
Jessica holds an Associate’s degree from Nassau Community College. Prior to entering real estate, she spent 15 years in retail executive management for prominent names like Kohl’s, Saks Off 5th Avenue and Macy’s. Her passions include interior design, Broadway musicals, discovering antique shops and flea markets for great buys, refurbishing furniture, watching the X-Files & showering her Boston Terrier Mulder, cats Logan and Lionel with love.
